Zerenjo Akaruye took the ball and in the 19 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Somsom Sunday. In the 39th minute the ball was on its way in behind Folkestone United's goalkeeper Wasiu Okpanachi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 41st minute of the match Fola Adegbonmire sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Wasiu Okpanachi skillfully saved the ball. Somsom Sunday took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zikora Bazunu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Zikora Bazunu made a kick off. In the 52nd minute, Ositadimma Ungbo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Somsom Sunday showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zikora Bazunu, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Thanks to some nice moves Zerenjo Akaruye could shoot a difficult shot in the 55th minute, which Somsom Sunday however easily saved by the left post. Folkestone United played a much better game than Al-nassar and deserved their victory. The Al-nassar players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
