But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ebii Ekpo couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Fleetwood City booed when Bromsgrove was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Uzochukwu Tutuola didn't get a good kick on the ball. Eseme Daika made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. When Ndukaku Amadi fell near the penalty area in the 82nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bromsgrove's protests and gave Ndukaku Amadi a yellow card for diving instead. Ndukaku Amadi hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. Ndukaku Amadi struck a weak shot in the 87th minute. Eseme Daika didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bromsgrove. In the 93rdth minute of the game Adolphus Egboh who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Fleetwood City's Eseme Daika was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Fleetwood City's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
