After some fancy dribbling in the 3rd minute, Chigozie Omoduemuke managed to get in a good position for a shot. Beast FC's Bolakale Mbanongun proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to save Beast FC from getting a goal against them. Aku Ekeh made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bina Onyinyechi in the 33rd minute of play. Andy Awhu-whu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aku Ekeh having to interfere. Farnham FC's Aku Ekeh played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by James Adanri in the 41st minute of play. In the 42nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Farnham FC's goalkeeper Aku Ekeh, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Herbie Ajogi kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. 46 minutes into the game, Ademola Oguche lined in a short shot 1-1 behind a frustrated Bolakale Mbanongun. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Andy Awhu-whu to make the kick off. After 54 played minutes Farnham FC got a freekick which was hit by Afamefuna Omachonu. Ademola Oguche received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Bolakale Mbanongun tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 59 minutes into the match, Beast FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ademola Oguche came free, but Bolakale Mbanongun reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bina Onyinyechi might have been able to make a better finish in the 61st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Aku Ekeh. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Bina Onyinyechi ran back to his position shaking his head. After 65 played minutes Beast FC got a freekick which was hit by Wilfred Nkwocha. The supporters of Beast FC booed when Farnham FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Afamefuna Omachonu didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 68th minute, Abiodun Opara got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. James Adanri fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aku Ekeh having to interfere. The supporters of Beast FC booed when Farnham FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abayomi Omananyi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Beast FC's Andy Awhu-whu got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ademola Oguche fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bolakale Mbanongun having to interfere. Bolakale Mbanongun showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Chigozie Omoduemuke, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. With his leg Aku Ekeh managed to avoid a goal in the 92ndth minute, when Beast FC's James Adanri fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 100th minute there was a penalty for Farnham FC. Martin Yusuf stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Bolakale Mbanongun. 2-1. Farnham FC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
