If Tobenna Onigbanjo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Chuma Uche took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tobenna Onigbanjo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Chuma Uche made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tobenna Onigbanjo in the 29th minute of play. A collision led to Beckton getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Odii Yusuf hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Beckton's zone, Ajayi Dunmade stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Chuma Uche came out of the goal and Ajayi Dunmade tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tobenna Onigbanjo made a kick off. Babajide Odoko fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Chuma Uche having to interfere. Chuma Uche showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tobenna Onigbanjo in the 53rd minute of the match. Babajide Odokos short, quick shot in the 55thth minute got Chuma Uche to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Babajide Odoko sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 57 minutes, Nebeolisa Daika mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Rockers United and the Beckton players grew even worse after the yellow card. When Chieloka Alachi fell near the penalty area in the 63rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Beckton's protests and gave Chieloka Alachi a yellow card for diving instead. After 64 played minutes Beckton got a freekick which was hit by Chieloka Alachi. In the 67th minute the ball was on its way in behind Rockers United's goalkeeper Badamasi Ejide, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Odii Yusuf sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tobenna Onigbanjo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Chuma Uche having to interfere. But to his dismay, Odii Yusuf quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Tobenna Onigbanjo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Chuma Uche having to interfere. Tobenna Onigbanjo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Odii Yusuf fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Badamasi Ejide having to interfere. Beckton were awarded a corner in the 94th minute after Rockers United's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Nwokeocha Ismaila Taiwo took the corner. The corner led Beckton's Nwokeocha Ismaila Taiwo to fire away a dangerous shot which Badamasi Ejide despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 96th minute, Akin Egere hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
