Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Dumeto Oyinlola got the match started through his kick off. After a rather tough play, Bath FC's Madukaego Obikwelu got a free kick in the 2nd minute. Dumeto Oyinlola sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Bath FC booed when Amberley was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emy Isiaka didn't get a good kick on the ball. A hard shot 14 in the game by Mohammadu Adeeko from a close distance when the talented Sani Kabir managed to make a qualified save. Amberley's players were relieved. 15 minutes into the match, Amberley's goal looked a bit too open when Nasidi Akinrolabu came free, but Sani Kabir reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 16 minutes into the match, Bath FC's Mohammadu Adeeko sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Sani Kabir narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Bath FC's Mohammadu Adeeko got a free kick in the 18th minute. After a rather tough play, Amberley's Dumeto Oyinlola got a free kick in the 25th minute. The referee ignored Amberley's protests and gave Zerenjo Adebanjo a yellow card for diving instead. The referee gave Bath FC a penalty, 34 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Waga Oguche, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Amberley's Sani Kabir. 1-0. Fred Adekanye received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Sani Kabir tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jebo Dogo kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. When Emy Isiaka fell near the penalty area in the 45th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Amberley's protests and gave Emy Isiaka a yellow card for diving instead. Amberley's Sani Kabir played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nasidi Akinrolabu in the 48th minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Nasidi Akinrolabu was the one to do the kick off. Waga Oguche charged in rather forcefully in the 54th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Waga Oguche the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Bath FC's Waga Oguche got a free kick in the 54th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Philemon Aghanya managed to get in a good position for a shot. Amberley's supporters rose to their feet, but Philemon Aghanya was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Friday Yekini breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 59 minutes into the match, Amberley's goal looked a bit too open when Nasidi Akinrolabu came free, but Sani Kabir reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Friday Yekini made a fantastic save in the 62nd minute, when Philemon Aghanya sent off a good shot on target. Friday Yekini took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dumeto Oyinlola, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Philemon Aghanya took the ball and in the 71 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Friday Yekini. Friday Yekini dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Dumeto Oyinlola sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Dumeto Oyinlola came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the Amberley fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dumeto Oyinlola couldn't finish the play. Philemon Aghanya hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. When Dumeto Oyinlola came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the Amberley fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dumeto Oyinlola couldn't finish the play. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
