In the 92nd minute, Bekololari Dauda got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Kelvin Omanukwue was out of position in the 94 minute of play, and Chike Abacha capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Chike Abacha really showed his touch with that goal: 2-2. Despite being the better team, Carterton United failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
