But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kanayo Idiege couldn't finish the play. Bukar Eikhali showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mudschahid Oloukun in the 44th minute of the match. 45 minutes into the match, Chelsea FC's goalkeeper Bukar Eikhali had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Oyeyiola Olutola. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Oyeyiola Olutola recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Mannaseh Adejoh kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. Mudschahid Oloukun fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bukar Eikhali having to interfere. When the match clock showed 81 minutes, the score became 3-0 when Mudschahid Oloukun sped through Chelsea FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Bukar Eikhali. When Oyeyiola Olutola came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Rawmarsh fans jumped to their feet.
