Rachidi Ajanaku scored 1-1 in the 17th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bartholomew Eyitayo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A hard shot by Laudamus Taura from long distance, 21 minutes into the match, got Bartholomew Eyitayo's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ebuka Salako made a kick off. The audience was convinced that Temple Aiyetan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bartholomew Eyitayo was relentless in the 55th minute of the game. Fc Dynamo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Lagos FC the free kick. In the 82nd minute, Temple Aiyetan ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bartholomew Eyitayo was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Temple Aiyetan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 92 minutes into the match, Fc Dynamo's goal looked a bit too open when Temple Aiyetan came free, but Bartholomew Eyitayo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
