Fc Dynamo's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Hornchurch's Ijeagha Odizor got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ijeagha Odizor struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. Bartholomew Eyitayo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hornchurch. Bartholomew Eyitayo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ime Agoro, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. After a defensive mix-up in Fc Dynamo's zone, Ime Agoro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bartholomew Eyitayo came out of the goal and Ime Agoro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ijeagha Odizor sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ademuyiwa Abdu during the 38th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card.

After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Joel Olumuyiwa Aganun managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fc Dynamo's supporters rose to their feet, but Joel Olumuyiwa Aganun was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eddy Achilike breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Eddy Achilike took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ebuka Salako, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ijeagha Odizor charged in rather forcefully in the 60th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ijeagha Odizor the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Hornchurch's Ijeagha Odizor got a free kick in the 61st minute. Eddy Achilike showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joel Olumuyiwa Aganun in the 64th minute of the match. Michael Baba Zeigbo hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. In the 65th minute Joel Olumuyiwa Aganun shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eddy Achilike saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ijeagha Odizor blasted a shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Bartholomew Eyitayo having to make a save. Ijeagha Odizor fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bartholomew Eyitayo having to interfere. A collision led to Hornchurch getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Ime Agoro hit a great ball. Bartholomew Eyitayo made a fantastic save in the 84th minute, when Ijeagha Odizor sent off a good shot on target. During the 85th minute of the match Ademuyiwa Abdu completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Ademuyiwa Abdu a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Ijeagha Odizor sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bartholomew Eyitayo came out of the goal in the 91st minute to try and stop a shot by Hornchurch's Ijeagha Odizor. But to his dismay, Ijeagha Odizor quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3.
