Kodilinye Kofa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ugochukwutubelum Kuta in the 15th minute of the match. 16 minutes into the match, Little Harrowden's goal looked a bit too open when Chuka Auyo came free, but Osibajo Etafia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Bright Akintola came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the Little Harrowden fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bright Akintola couldn't finish the play. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Chuka Auyo to strike the kick off in the second half. Danny Ekwueme took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 54th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Osibajo Etafia. Little Harrowden's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The supporters of Little Harrowden booed when Haywards Heath FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Maduabuchi Temitayo didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bright Akintola in the 75th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kodilinye Kofa saved Haywards Heath FC from getting behind. In the 75th minute, Abiodun Oyewumi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kodilinye Kofa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bright Akintola's shot from short distance in the 78th minute. 80 minutes into the game, one of Haywards Heath FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Shehu Amaoka shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. 84 minutes into the match, Little Harrowden's Ugochukwutubelum Kuta sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Kodilinye Kofa narrowly saved just below the crossbar.
