Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Tunde Osunwa started the match with the kick off. Ekenedilinna Otah made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eloka Ambaka in the 6th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 9th minute, Opah Agbi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Northleach's supporters rose to their feet, but Opah Agbi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dafe Onikoro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 10th match minute, Seascale was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Madukaife Yobo to maneuver through the defense. Comfort Abacha hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. If Eloka Ambaka had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Ekenedilinna Otah showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eloka Ambaka in the 15th minute of the match. Thompson Omolafe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ekenedilinna Otah having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Suleiman Adaramola during the 22nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 25th of the match, Tunde Osunwa tried to place the ball in the upper right corner, but Dafe Onikoro got in the way and made a wonderful save. A collision led to Northleach getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Onoriode Babatunde hit a great ball. Eloka Ambaka recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Dafe Onikoro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Opah Agbi in the 33rd minute. Seascale's Dafe Onikoro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tunde Osunwa in the 42nd minute of play. Madukaife Yobo's late challenge caught a Northleach's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Madukaife Yobo helped the player get up and apologised. In the 43rd minute, Madukaife Yobo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 47th match minute, Northleach was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Paul Ayoola to maneuver through the defense. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Seascale's Dafe Onikoro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tunde Osunwa in the 62nd minute of play. In the 65th minute Eloka Ambaka shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ekenedilinna Otah saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 68th minute, Opah Agbi made a precise shot to the right of Dafe Onikoro. Seascale's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. Seascale's Eloka Ambaka got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Eloka Ambaka received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Ekenedilinna Otah came out and tried to block the shot, but Eloka Ambaka slotted it home off the left post making it 3-2 in the 86th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tunde Osunwa in the 90th minute of play forced Seascale's goalkeeper Dafe Onikoro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dafe Onikoro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Opah Agbi in the 92nd minute of play. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Northleach fans cheered their team off the field, for while Seascale had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
