Ifeanyichukwu Anyamkegh showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edorisi Akparanta, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. Ifeanyichukwu Anyamkegh didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Chukwuemeka Kamuche went, in the 10th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Erhabor Adelekan scored 0-2 in the 12th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ifeanyichukwu Anyamkegh, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 16th match minute, Sinister Ark was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Chinua Ibekwe to maneuver through the defense. Chukwuemeka Kamuche received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Ifeanyichukwu Anyamkegh tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ifeanyichukwu Anyamkegh made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edorisi Akparanta in the 23rd minute of play. Benneth Agbi hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. Lexxan were awarded a corner in the 34th minute after Sinister Ark's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Edorisi Akparanta took the corner. After taking down the ball on Lexxan's corner Edorisi Akparanta fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Ifeanyichukwu Anyamkegh quite easily take care of the ball. Gregory Chibutulu hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. Omamofe Shorunmu kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. Ekperikpe Shaba hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. If Chukwuemeka Kamuche had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 44th match minute, Lexxan was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rachidi Uchenna to maneuver through the defense. The Sinister Ark players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Lexxan were winning 0-2.

In the 51st minute, Olugbenga Oguntade hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Erhabor Adelekan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ifeanyichukwu Anyamkegh having to interfere. Chinua Ibekwe's late challenge caught a Lexxan's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Chinua Ibekwe helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Lexxan's Erhabor Adelekan got a free kick in the 72nd minute. After 77 played minutes Edorisi Akparanta rounded Sinister Ark's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-3. Ifeanyichukwu Anyamkegh was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Edorisi Akparanta showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-4 in the 81 minute of play. Olugbenga Oguntade hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. Edorisi Akparanta was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 86th played minute, shot the ball from way out. Lexxan's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
