The shot was a little too simple and Dosu Famewo could save by the left post. Chukwuemeka Kamuche hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. Ayo Garo struck a weak shot in the 38th minute. Dosu Famewo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for International SuperStar. Chinwo Abegunde took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 42nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Dosu Famewo. Lexxan's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 45th match minute, International SuperStar was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kunle Onigbinde to maneuver through the defense. When the match had gone on for 48 minutes, Oritse Iheche took a quick shot and it went in 3-0 without a chance for Dosu Famewo to make any attempt to save it. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The referee gave International SuperStar a penalty, 55 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Chukwuraenye Mekwu, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Lexxan's Dosu Famewo. 4-0. After a rather tough play, Lexxan's Margaret Alumona got a free kick in the 67th minute. In the 68th minute of the match Chukwuraenye Mekwu sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dosu Famewo skillfully saved the ball. 70 minutes into the match, Ayo Garo notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of Lexxan's Dosu Famewo. Dosu Famewo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 76th minute, Oritse Iheche made a precise shot to the right of Dosu Famewo. Lexxan's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0.
