Spectators: 7303 (Terracing: 6303, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Mill Hill's Ohen Elejiko started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 8 played minutes Kings FC got a freekick which was hit by Obiajulu Achukwu. The referee ignored Kings FC's protests and gave Achebe Babafemi a yellow card for diving instead. After 44 played minutes, Mill Hill's Jere Ugo Omegara shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Olakunde Oguntade came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Mill Hill reached it. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Omamofe Opadokun stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Omamofe Opadokun didn't get a good kick on the ball. Osonduagwuike Owuru in the 78thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Olakunde Oguntade, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Dayo Odhiambo hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. Osonduagwuike Owuru recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ohen Elejiko in the 91st minute of play forced Kings FC's goalkeeper Olakunde Oguntade to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ohen Elejiko in the 96th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Olakunde Oguntade saved Kings FC from getting behind. Mill Hill were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
