Spectators: 7500 (Terracing: 6000, Seating: 1450, VIP seats: 50) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Onyekachukwu Ojibara made the kick off which started today's match. James Adeleru showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Onyekachukwu Ojibara, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. When Mala Otite came up free with the goalie in the 7th minute, the Brighton fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mala Otite couldn't finish the play. In the 8th minute, Onyekachukwu Ojibara ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. James Adeleru was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Isah Ijoh showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Connally Adegoke, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. In the 16th minute Toby Adelabu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Isah Ijoh saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 17 minutes, Chioma Alumona mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Brighton and the OGUNMOLA FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 17th match minute, Brighton was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Chioma Alumona to maneuver through the defense. A hard and well directed shot from Izuchukwu Omokhodion led 18 minutes into the game to a goal after the ball had bounced deceptively just in front of the goal. Brighton's Isah Ijoh became a little unsure and couldn't grip the ball before it was over the goalline. Thus it was 1-2. When Bina Nwagwu came up free with the goalie in the 22nd minute, the OGUNMOLA FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bina Nwagwu couldn't finish the play. In the 23rd minute, Ibeabuchi Agu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bina Nwagwu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Isah Ijoh tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 34th match minute, OGUNMOLA FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sylvester Umeoji to maneuver through the defense. Bina Nwagwu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 39th minute of the match, Bina Nwagwu got a very nice opportunity to score, but Isah Ijoh was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Isah Ijoh took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Toby Adelabu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 41 minutes of play Brighton's Chioma Alumona was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After 42 played minutes Brighton got a freekick which was hit by Chioma Alumona. In the 46th minute, Toby Adelabu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Toby Adelabu made the kick off in the second half. Isah Ijoh showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Toby Adelabu in the 51st minute of the match. OGUNMOLA FC's Bina Nwagwu got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 55 minutes into the match, Toby Adelabu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Isah Ijoh. Brighton's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Toby Adelabu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-2. A collision led to OGUNMOLA FC getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Connally Adegoke hit a great ball. Onyekachukwu Ojibara kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. In the 63rd minute Bina Nwagwu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Isah Ijoh saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Toby Adelabu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Isah Ijoh was relentless in the 64th minute of the game. In the 69th minute, Toby Adelabu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Bina Nwagwu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Isah Ijoh tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Bina Nwagwu came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the OGUNMOLA FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bina Nwagwu couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Brighton's zone, Bina Nwagwu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Isah Ijoh came out of the goal and Bina Nwagwu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Bina Nwagwu struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. Isah Ijoh didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for OGUNMOLA FC. Bina Nwagwu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Isah Ijoh having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Toby Adelabu in the 84th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Isah Ijoh saved Brighton from getting behind. Jeremiah Momoh sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 89 minutes into the match, Bina Nwagwu notched a goal, 4-2, to the right of Brighton's Isah Ijoh. Isah Ijoh was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. OGUNMOLA FC fully deserved thier win.
