Chuffing Hell
Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Madukaego Achomadu started the match with the kick off. When Madukaego Achomadu came up free with the goalie in the 4th minute, the Enought Ball fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Madukaego Achomadu couldn't finish the play. After having played for 5 minutes, Madukaego Achomadu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Enought Ball's supporters crossed their fingers, but Madukaego Achomadu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Madukaego Achomadu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Peter Asiegbo having to make a save. After a defensive mix-up in Chuffing Hell's zone, Madukaego Achomadu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Peter Asiegbo came out of the goal and Madukaego Achomadu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Madukaego Achomadu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Peter Asiegbo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Madukaego Achomadu might have been able to make a better finish in the 26th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Peter Asiegbo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Madukaego Achomadu ran back to his position shaking his head. After a rather tough play, Chuffing Hell's Ukaegbulam Adegbe got a free kick in the 28th minute. A collision led to Enought Ball getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Ibeabuchi Lebechukwu hit a great ball. If Beluchi Ndah had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Madukaego Achomadu in the 39th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Peter Asiegbo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 44 minutes into the match, Chuffing Hell's goal looked a bit too open when Madukaego Achomadu came free, but Peter Asiegbo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ibeabuchi Lebechukwu kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ginikanwa Acholonu to make the kick off. Peter Asiegbo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Beluchi Ndah, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Peter Asiegbo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Madukaego Achomadu in the 56th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Beluchi Ndah in the 59th minute of play forced Chuffing Hell's goalkeeper Peter Asiegbo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 61st minute Ibeabuchi Lebechukwu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Peter Asiegbo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Enought Ball getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Ibeabuchi Lebechukwu hit a great ball. Peter Asiegbo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Madukaego Achomadu's shot from short distance in the 69th minute. In the 79th match minute, Chuffing Hell was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Achebe Munachi to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Madukaego Achomadu in the 81st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Peter Asiegbo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 83 minutes into the match, Enought Ball's Madukaego Achomadu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Peter Asiegbo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Peter Asiegbo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Beluchi Ndah, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Chuffing Hell's Peter Asiegbo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Madukaego Achomadu in the 85th minute of play. Madukaego Achomadu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Peter Asiegbo having to make a save. Peter Asiegbo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Madukaego Achomadu, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. Madukaego Achomadu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Peter Asiegbo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 94 minutes, Madukaego Achomadu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Enought Ball and the Chuffing Hell players grew even worse after the yellow card. Enought Ball played a much better game than Chuffing Hell and deserved their victory. The Chuffing Hell players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
