Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Chinwenma Okiche took the kick off in the first half of the match. Peter Asiegbo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Chinwenma Okiche in the 3rd minute of the match. Peter Asiegbo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Onyeka Layeni in the 5th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Chinwenma Okiche's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Peter Asiegbo was relentless in the 6th minute of the game. Thatcham's Inaku Abioye proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 16th minute of the match, managed to save Thatcham from getting a goal against them. The supporters of Thatcham booed when Chuffing Hell was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Titilayo Zeigbo didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Chinwenma Okiche in the 23rd minute of play forced Chuffing Hell's goalkeeper Peter Asiegbo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 30 minutes of play, Thatcham's Onyeka Layeni made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Peter Asiegbo was left in no man's land by his defense there! Chinwenma Okiche received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Peter Asiegbo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Peter Asiegbo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Onyeka Layeni went, in the 39th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. Chuffing Hell's Peter Asiegbo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Chinwenma Okiche in the 43rd minute of play. Peter Asiegbo came out of the goal in the 77th minute to try and stop a shot by Thatcham's Chinwenma Okiche. But to his dismay, Chinwenma Okiche quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-6.
