Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) 3 minutes into the game, Neen Sollars's Chinua Adekoje nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ajay Adetutu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Chinua Adekoje hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Neen Sollars's zone, Nkadi Abamba stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Egobudike Ishola came out of the goal and Nkadi Abamba tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 9 minutes into the match, Manchester ace's goalkeeper Ajay Adetutu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ekpeyong Koshoni. Muhammadu Momoh sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Manchester ace's Ajay Adetutu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eluemuno Eghagha in the 13th minute of play. After 15 played minutes, Manchester ace's Odebunmi Adekanmbi shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Egobudike Ishola came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Manchester ace reached it. In the 19th minute Uzochi Yekini shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Egobudike Ishola saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ekpeyong Koshoni could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 22nd minute of the match, but Ajay Adetutu made a huge save. After a rather tough play, Neen Sollars's Onodugo Agbo got a free kick in the 23rd minute. When Uzochi Yekini came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the Manchester ace fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Uzochi Yekini couldn't finish the play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ekpeyong Koshoni got free with Ajay Adetutu in the 28th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Amauchechukwu Shagaya sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Nkadi Abamba fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Egobudike Ishola having to interfere. Manchester ace's Amauchechukwu Shagaya got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Eluemuno Nwobodo kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. Through an outstanding action, after 41 minutes, Ajay Adetutu successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. A collision led to Neen Sollars getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Jere Ugo Osafo hit a great ball. After 46 minutes, Onodugo Agbo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Neen Sollars and the Manchester ace players grew even worse after the yellow card. Muhammadu Momoh fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Egobudike Ishola having to interfere. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Amauchechukwu Shagaya to make the kick off. Ajay Adetutu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ekpeyong Koshoni in the 51st minute of play. In the 53rd minute, Ekpeyong Koshoni made a precise shot to the right of Ajay Adetutu. Manchester ace's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Nkadi Abamba struck a weak shot in the 56th minute. Egobudike Ishola didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Manchester ace. Amauchechukwu Shagaya sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Uzochi Yekini received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Egobudike Ishola tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Manchester ace's Ajay Adetutu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eluemuno Eghagha in the 67th minute of play. Ajay Adetutu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Chinua Adekoje, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Neen Sollars's zone, Amauchechukwu Shagaya stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Egobudike Ishola came out of the goal and Amauchechukwu Shagaya tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Egobudike Ishola showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nkadi Abamba, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. Egobudike Ishola made an important save on a dangerous shot by Muhammadu Momoh in the 84th minute. If Amauchechukwu Shagaya had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 87 played minutes Neen Sollars got a freekick which was hit by Onodugo Agbo. Ekpeyong Koshoni fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ajay Adetutu having to interfere. Ajay Adetutu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eluemuno Eghagha in the 93rd minute of the match. Neen Sollars's Egobudike Ishola proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 95th minute of the match, managed to save Neen Sollars from getting a goal against them. The Neen Sollars support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
