Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Osi Hamma got the match started through his kick off. In the 10th minute, Emelogu Igwe made a precise shot to the right of Erhabor Wadada. Hellfire FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Perek Williams hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. In the 14th minute, Ibe Moses fired a really elegant long shot, but Benson Munachi threw himself and managed to get hold of the ball just in front of the right post. The supporters of Hellfire FC booed when Earl Shilton was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Clever Amadasu didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 23rd minute Emelogu Igwe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erhabor Wadada saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Clever Amadasu struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Erhabor Wadada didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Earl Shilton. Hellfire FC's Erhabor Wadada played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emelogu Igwe in the 27th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Chukwuma Aatama in the 28th minute of play forced Hellfire FC's goalkeeper Erhabor Wadada to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 32 minutes into the match, Hellfire FC's goal looked a bit too open when Emelogu Igwe came free, but Erhabor Wadada reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Erhabor Wadada stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Clever Amadasu's shot from short distance in the 39th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Emelogu Igwe in the 40th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Erhabor Wadada saved Hellfire FC from getting behind. Hellfire FC's Erhabor Wadada played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Clever Amadasu in the 42nd minute of play. Benson Munachi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Osi Hamma, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Earl Shilton's Benson Munachi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Comfort Ogbeche in the 45th minute of play. Erhabor Wadada came out of the goal in the 47th minute to try and stop a shot by Earl Shilton's Emelogu Igwe. But to his dismay, Emelogu Igwe quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. The Hellfire FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Earl Shilton were winning 0-3.

Comfort Ogbeche sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The audience was convinced that Osi Hamma's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Benson Munachi was relentless in the 67th minute of the game. In the 70thth minute of the game Osi Hamma who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Earl Shilton's Benson Munachi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Perek Williams was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 71 minutes had been played. If Clever Amadasu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Clever Amadasu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Erhabor Wadada tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Erhabor Wadada made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Clever Amadasu in the 81st minute of play. Hellfire FC's Comfort Ogbeche got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Benson Munachi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Osi Hamma in the 84th minute of the match. Erhabor Wadada made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Chukwuma Aatama in the 85th minute of play. Erhabor Wadada showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Chukwuma Aatama, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute.
