Falcons FC's Kete Titus Ugochukwu got a good chance for a goal in the 4th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Chidinma Udenkwele made a fantastic save in the 13th minute, when Ime Sunday Egbanabo sent off a good shot on target. Radomil Olender made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kete Titus Ugochukwu in the 20th minute of play. If Kete Titus Ugochukwu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 31 minutes into the match, Enjoy Yourself's goal looked a bit too open when Gozie Nwobodo came free, but Radomil Olender reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Chidinma Udenkwele was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Chinwemma Adebote showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-0 in the 33 minute of play. Radomil Olender stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gozie Nwobodo's shot from short distance in the 39th minute. If Gozie Nwobodo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Chinwemma Adebote was the one to do the kick off. After 53 minutes, Chioke Awoyo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Enjoy Yourself and the Falcons FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Chioke Awoyo kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. The referee felt a red card was in order, 57 minutes into the game, when Benson Lala put in a rough tackle. After 57 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Falcons FC! Chidinma Udenkwele had in the 59thth minute some difficulties stopping Dammy Shaba's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Enjoy Yourself's Dammy Shaba was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Chidinma Udenkwele in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Chidubem Adanri kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. When Murphy Owonaru fell near the penalty area in the 68th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Falcons FC's protests and gave Murphy Owonaru a yellow card for diving instead. After 68 played minutes Falcons FC got a freekick which was hit by Murphy Owonaru. If Ime Omehia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 77 minutes of play, Enjoy Yourself's Chinwemma Adebote made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Chidinma Udenkwele was left in no man's land by his defense there! After having played for 86 minutes, Kunaiyi Onuabunchi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Enjoy Yourself's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kunaiyi Onuabunchi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gozie Nwobodo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 91st minute of the match, but Radomil Olender made a huge save. Enjoy Yourself's Radomil Olender proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 93rd minute of the match, managed to save Enjoy Yourself from getting a goal against them. Enjoy Yourself's Radomil Olender played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Chidubem Adanri in the 94th minute of play. Enjoy Yourself walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
