A collision led to BLACK DRAGON getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Calistrat Sălcudeanu hit a great ball. Sochi Ugochukwu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Bruno Belmiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 10th minute of the match Brighouse FC got a corner. BLACK DRAGON's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Azly Vijiaratnam ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Brighouse FC's Ebelechukwu Agoda to fire away a dangerous shot which Bruno Belmiro despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The audience was convinced that Azly Vijiaratnam's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bruno Belmiro was relentless in the 11th minute of the game. Bruno Belmiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ebelechukwu Agoda, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. When Brighouse FC's Azly Vijiaratnam in the 13th minute got a chance for a shot 13th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The BLACK DRAGON fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bruno Belmiro should have stopped the shot. Bruno Belmiro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Azly Vijiaratnam's shot from short distance in the 26th minute. After 27 played minutes Brighouse FC got a freekick which was hit by Temple Oluwatola. Lanre Ibileke's late challenge caught a Brighouse FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Lanre Ibileke helped the player get up and apologised. In the 29th match minute, BLACK DRAGON was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lanre Ibileke to maneuver through the defense. Sochi Ugochukwu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Billy Tunberg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Laudamus Ogbaki in the 31st minute. With a little luck, Brighouse FC's Billy Tunberg got control of the ball when Laudamus Ogbaki tried to sneak it across the goal line. The Brighouse FC fans' excitement grew in the 34th match minute when Brighouse FC's Azly Vijiaratnam looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 37 minutes into the game, Brighouse FC's Shen Xun Yu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Bruno Belmiro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. Bruno Belmiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Azly Vijiaratnam in the 40th minute of the match. After some careless play in the BLACK DRAGON defense, Azly Vijiaratnam kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bruno Belmiro. The BLACK DRAGON fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bruno Belmiro should have stopped the shot. 47 minutes into the match, BLACK DRAGON's goal looked a bit too open when Azly Vijiaratnam came free, but Bruno Belmiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Azly Vijiaratnam to strike the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in BLACK DRAGON's zone, Shen Xun Yu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bruno Belmiro came out of the goal and Shen Xun Yu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 53 played minutes BLACK DRAGON got a freekick which was hit by Laudamus Ogbaki. Azly Vijiaratnam had several of the BLACK DRAGON's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 54 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-6 score and a disappointed Bruno Belmiro as he didn't even see the shot coming. Bruno Belmiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Azly Vijiaratnam, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. In the 62ndth minute of the game Azly Vijiaratnam who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but BLACK DRAGON's Bruno Belmiro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Andy Gbajabiamila fell near the penalty area in the 65th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored BLACK DRAGON's protests and gave Andy Gbajabiamila a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to BLACK DRAGON getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Andy Gbajabiamila hit a great ball. Andy Gbajabiamila got his second yellow card in the match during the 68th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 69th match minute, BLACK DRAGON was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Andy Gbajabiamila to maneuver through the defense. Azly Vijiaratnam's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 91stth minute, Bruno Belmiro skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The audience was convinced that Azly Vijiaratnam's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bruno Belmiro was relentless in the 93rd minute of the game. Bruno Belmiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Azly Vijiaratnam, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The BLACK DRAGON fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Brighouse FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
