After a rather tough play, OK8CHA MZT's Gaiya Okupe got a free kick in the 6th minute. 1-0 became the score in the 9th minute when Kelvin Nwogu elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. With his leg Bruno Belmiro managed to avoid a goal in the 11thth minute, when OK8CHA MZT's Kelvin Nwogu fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Joseph Adepero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Laudamus Ogbaki in the 12th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Calistrat Sălcudeanu in the 14th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Joseph Adepero saved OK8CHA MZT from getting behind. Cosmin Iosif kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. 23 minutes into the game, BLACK DRAGON's Andy Gbajabiamila nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Joseph Adepero made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. The audience was convinced that Laudamus Ogbaki's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Joseph Adepero was relentless in the 26th minute of the game. Onwudiwe Eyimofe charged in rather forcefully in the 28th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Onwudiwe Eyimofe the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 28 minutes into the game, one of BLACK DRAGON:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Cosmin Iosif took the ball and in the 29 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bruno Belmiro. Bruno Belmiro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Guy Monzon in the 34th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bruno Belmiro saved BLACK DRAGON from getting behind. The audience was convinced that Guy Monzon's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bruno Belmiro was relentless in the 38th minute of the game. The attack was good, but when Guy Monzon in the 38th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Kelvin Nwogu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bruno Belmiro having to interfere. Kelvin Nwogus short, quick shot in the 44thth minute got Bruno Belmiro to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. OK8CHA MZT's Joseph Adepero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Calistrat Sălcudeanu in the 45th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andy Gbajabiamila in the 47th minute of play forced OK8CHA MZT's goalkeeper Joseph Adepero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

The wind increased when Guy Monzon made the kick off in the second half. When the match had gone on for 53 minutes, Calistrat Sălcudeanu took a quick shot and it went in 2-2 without a chance for Joseph Adepero to make any attempt to save it. Kelvin Nwogu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kelvin Nwogu in the 61st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bruno Belmiro saved BLACK DRAGON from getting behind. Kelvin Nwogu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to BLACK DRAGON getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Calistrat Sălcudeanu hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Calistrat Sălcudeanu in the 67th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Joseph Adepero prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Bruno Belmiro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Guy Monzon's shot from short distance in the 68th minute. Guy Monzon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. OK8CHA MZT's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Cosmin Iosif in the 73rd minute. OK8CHA MZT's Edson-Arantes Okocha was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Bruno Belmiro in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. When the match clock showed 75 minutes, the score became 3-2 when Guy Monzon sped through BLACK DRAGON's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Bruno Belmiro. After a rather tough play, BLACK DRAGON's Obiajulu Adediwura got a free kick in the 79th minute. Laudamus Ogbaki's late challenge caught a OK8CHA MZT's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Laudamus Ogbaki helped the player get up and apologised. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Guy Monzon managed to get in a good position for a shot. OK8CHA MZT's supporters rose to their feet, but Guy Monzon was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bruno Belmiro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of BLACK DRAGON booed when OK8CHA MZT was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sani Iweha didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kelvin Nwogu struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. Bruno Belmiro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for OK8CHA MZT. An unexpectedly hard shot by Calistrat Sălcudeanu in the 92nd minute of play forced OK8CHA MZT's goalkeeper Joseph Adepero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The OK8CHA MZT fans cheered their team off the field, for while BLACK DRAGON had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
