Azizi Jadid showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zakariya Hamouch, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. Taha Mousaber hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. Azizi Jadid made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abdellatif Nouhass in the 5th minute of play. If Abdellatif Nouhass had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fatih Jaafari kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. If Zakariya Hamouch had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mac-Rabat's Izil Hamouch proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 26th minute of the match, managed to save Mac-Rabat from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, Mac-Rabat's Zakariya Hamouch got a free kick in the 34th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bukkus Mehdi in the 42nd minute of play forced Tangier AS's goalkeeper Azizi Jadid to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Azizi Jadid made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abdellatif Nouhass in the 45th minute of play. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Fatih Jaafari managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tangier AS's supporters rose to their feet, but Fatih Jaafari was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Izil Hamouch breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Bukkus Mehdi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 61 minutes, Zuhair Louzani managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tangier AS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zuhair Louzani was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Fatih Jaafari received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Izil Hamouch tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Tangier AS fans' excitement grew in the 67th match minute when Tangier AS's Fatih Jaafari looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Zuhair Louzani sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tangier AS's defense didn't have a chance, in the 88th minute, when Abdellatif Nouhass scored to the left of an out of position Azizi Jadid, making the score, 2-2. In the 94th minute, Fatih Jaafari made a precise shot to the right of Izil Hamouch. Mac-Rabat's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-2. For all the effort they put into the match, the Mac-Rabat players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Tangier AS.
