The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 8 minutes, Rida Bouhaja mouthed his way into the referee's book. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Chakib Achik in the 63rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ouassim Malki prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 65th minute, Rida Bouhaja hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Labib Hadda was extremely unlucky when he, in the 68th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. If Murad Kharja had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Safi Stade's zone, Ziyad Samaoui stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Winitran Remch came out of the goal and Ziyad Samaoui tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Safi Stade's Winitran Remch played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Murad Kharja in the 89th minute of play. Abdelmajid Arrafi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 91st minute of the match, but Ouassim Malki made a huge save. After a defensive mix-up in geceler fc's zone, Abdelmajid Arrafi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ouassim Malki came out of the goal and Abdelmajid Arrafi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The geceler fc fans cheered their team off the field, for while Safi Stade had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
