Raja Club Athletic's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave El Jadida Renaissance the free kick. After a rather tough play, Raja Club Athletic's Ameqran Skah got a free kick in the 19th minute. Abdellatif Samaoui showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ameqran Skah in the 21st minute of the match. In the 24th minute, Younes El Ghrib left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The El Jadida Renaissance fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. 28 minutes into the match, Raja Club Athletic's goal looked a bit too open when Younes El Ghrib came free, but Murad Kouha reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Younes El Ghrib received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Murad Kouha tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Murad Kouha showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Younes El Ghrib in the 35th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antalas Doukali in the 36th minute of play forced Raja Club Athletic's goalkeeper Murad Kouha to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Murad Kouha took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Younes El Ghrib, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Murad Kouha showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Younes El Ghrib, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Raja Club Athletic's zone, Younes El Ghrib stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Murad Kouha came out of the goal and Younes El Ghrib tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Younes El Ghrib made a kick off. The supporters of El Jadida Renaissance booed when Raja Club Athletic was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jamal Chretien didn't get a good kick on the ball. Wakil Alloudi's late challenge caught a El Jadida Renaissance's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Wakil Alloudi helped the player get up and apologised. In the 53rd match minute, Raja Club Athletic was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wakil Alloudi to maneuver through the defense. Raja Club Athletic's Murad Kouha proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 59th minute of the match, managed to save Raja Club Athletic from getting a goal against them. Antalas Doukali recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Antalas Doukali's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 67thth minute, Murad Kouha skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After a rather tough play, El Jadida Renaissance's Antalas Doukali got a free kick in the 69th minute. In the 70th minute Younes El Ghrib shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Murad Kouha saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Murad Kouha made an important save on a dangerous shot by Antalas Doukali in the 73rd minute. If Younes El Ghrib had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When El Jadida Renaissance's Younes El Ghrib in the 83rd minute got a chance for a shot 83rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Younes El Ghrib sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Murad Kouha didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Fahd El Bahri went, in the 94th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. El Jadida Renaissance's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
