In the 24th minute, one of AD Ceuta:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for AD Ceuta. Ayur Sbai fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ramzi Kharja having to interfere. Fahmi El Khayati sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Fahmi El Khayati to make the kick off. Ayur Sbai hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. Atbir Rabeh showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bukkus Jadid, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. Atbir Rabeh showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bukkus Jadid in the 73rd minute of the match. Atbir Rabeh took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fahmi Nouhass, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Atbir Rabeh showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bukkus Jadid, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute.
