The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Ramzi Farass fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Najim Lahlafi having to interfere. When Mazine Boughanem came up free with the goalie in the 5th minute, the MEGA GRANDE FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mazine Boughanem couldn't finish the play. In the 7th minute, Agwilal El Ouaryaghli ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Najim Lahlafi was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. In the 13th minute Awzal Iajour shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Najim Lahlafi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 15 minutes, Agwilal El Ouaryaghli managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. After 26 played minutes Ben Taib Olympique got a freekick which was hit by Salaheddine Fouhami. Salaheddine Fouhami sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 33 minutes into the match, Agwilal El Ouaryaghli had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Najim Lahlafi. Ben Taib Olympique's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Agwilal El Ouaryaghli was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Najim Lahlafi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 93rd of the match, Camilo Barraza tried to place the ball in the upper right corner, but Najim Lahlafi got in the way and made a wonderful save. In the 96th minute, Camilo Barraza got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
