After 15 minutes, Gulusa Essamlali mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Wydad AC and the RC Marrakech players grew even worse after the yellow card. Gulusa Essamlali hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. 21 minutes into the match, Wydad AC's goalkeeper 姜轩迅 had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Youmni El Fatouaki. 36 minutes into the match, Victorino Lore had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Aghilas Alioui. RC Marrakech's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Victorino Lore was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 39th minute Victorino Lore shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aghilas Alioui saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Victorino Lore during the 42nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Victorino Lore hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Gulusa Essamlali hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. When the match had gone on for 59 minutes, Zarco Borba took a quick shot and it went in 0-2 without a chance for Aghilas Alioui to make any attempt to save it. Wydad AC were furious when Nicolae Păun was red carded, 70 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In a very dangerous position, a player in Wydad AC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 69th minute. Penalty! Salem Dirar hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. 姜轩迅 stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Youmni El Fatouaki's shot from short distance in the 74th minute. Zarco Borba could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 78th minute of the match, but Aghilas Alioui made a huge save. Zarco Borba sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Wydad AC's 姜轩迅 played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nouman Zerka in the 91st minute of play. 91 minutes into the game, Monir Ait Omar was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Wydad AC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave RC Marrakech the free kick. A collision led to Wydad AC getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Monir Ait Omar hit a great ball. 姜轩迅 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nouman Zerka in the 93rd minute of play. Aghilas Alioui came out of the goal in the 95th minute to try and stop a shot by Wydad AC's Zarco Borba. But to his dismay, Zarco Borba quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see RC Marrakech lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
