Harry Alderdice kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. Barrie Price showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Piers Worrall in the 12th minute of the match. The tension between the Broken City and the Northwood players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a defensive mix-up in Northwood's zone, Piers Worrall stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Barrie Price came out of the goal and Piers Worrall tried to chip the ball over his head. Broken City's Albert Long played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Steve Holden in the 92nd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Broken City's Harry Alderdice got a free kick in the 92nd minute. Broken City played a much better game than Northwood and deserved their victory. The Northwood players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
