Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Mattias Farrell made the kick off and thus started the match. 9 minutes into the match, Skegness FC's Liam Newman sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Patrick Noble narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The supporters of Skegness FC booed when Pirroni-cum-Moze was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vernon Frost didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Skegness FC's zone, Albert Tully stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Paul Holt came out of the goal and Albert Tully tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 15th minute, Liam Newman managed to get in a good position for a shot. Skegness FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Liam Newman was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Patrick Noble breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The crowd rose to their feet as Pirroni-cum-Moze's Albert Tully slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Paul Holt . That made the score 1-0 after 17 minutes of play. In the 22nd minute Liam Newman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Patrick Noble saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 23rd match minute, Pirroni-cum-Moze was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vernon Frost to maneuver through the defense. Patrick Noble showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Liam Newman in the 24th minute of the match. Pirroni-cum-Moze's Patrick Noble played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mattias Farrell in the 25th minute of play. Skegness FC's Mattias Farrell managed to work through Pirroni-cum-Moze's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Mattias Farrell dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. In the 31st minute of the match Dominic Titmus shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Patrick Noble showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Pirroni-cum-Moze's Romeo Coulthard got a free kick in the 33rd minute. In the 35th minute, Mattias Farrell left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Skegness FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by James Blunt during the 39th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Skegness FC's James Blunt got a free kick in the 40th minute. Skegness FC's Paul Holt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Albert Tully in the 41st minute of play. After some careless play in the Pirroni-cum-Moze defense, Liam Newman kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Patrick Noble. The Pirroni-cum-Moze fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Patrick Noble should have stopped the shot. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Albert Tully to strike the kick off in the second half. Mattias Farrell fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Patrick Noble having to interfere. Patrick Noble made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abraham Rice in the 59th minute of play. When Ronnie Knight came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the Pirroni-cum-Moze fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ronnie Knight couldn't finish the play. Patrick Noble made an important save on a dangerous shot by Liam Newman in the 65th minute. Liam Newman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Patrick Noble having to interfere. In the 74th minute Mattias Farrell shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Patrick Noble saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ronnie Knight sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Skegness FC's Dave Monk got a free kick in the 78th minute. Ronnie Knight scored 2-2 in the 81st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Paul Holt , who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 84 played minutes Pirroni-cum-Moze got a freekick which was hit by Harvey Gamble. Mattias Farrell sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
