Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Tooting's Oliver Westwood started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 2nd match minute, Watchet was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Glenn Slade to maneuver through the defense. In the 8th minute Owen Morgan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Liam Dickens saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Shawn Connell fell near the penalty area in the 9th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Watchet's protests and gave Shawn Connell a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Watchet getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Shawn Connell hit a great ball. After 13 minutes of play, Tooting's Kenneth Partridge made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Liam Dickens was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 22nd minute, Owen Morgan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Chip Blewitt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alfred Bowen in the 29th minute of the match. Chip Blewitt didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Alfred Bowen went, in the 31st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Glenn Slade kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. In the 41st minute Owen Morgan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Liam Dickens saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 43rd minute, Watchet's James York seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed James York the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Watchet protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and James York had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Alfred Bowen to make the kick off. A collision led to Watchet getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Glenn Slade hit a great ball. In the 60thth minute of the game Owen Morgan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Watchet's Liam Dickens was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Watchet's Liam Dickens played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oliver Westwood in the 61st minute of play. After 67 minutes of play, Tooting's Owen Morgan made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Liam Dickens was left in no man's land by his defense there! The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Owen Wise during the 70th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bronagh Lineker in the 88th minute of play forced Tooting's goalkeeper Chip Blewitt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Chip Blewitt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bronagh Lineker in the 90th minute of the match. In the 91st minute, Danny Coulson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 95 minutes, Geoff Gardiner mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tooting and the Watchet players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 94 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Tooting! The Tooting players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
