Spectators: 7000 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 2000, VIP seats: 0) An unexpectedly hard shot by Tony Stone in the 3rd minute of play forced Cirencester's goalkeeper Willie Biernat to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Willie Biernat showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tony Stone, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. Tony Stone recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 14 minutes into the match, Tommy Nethercott notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Yapton's Marcus King. Marcus King was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a defensive mix-up in Cirencester's zone, Tony Stone stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Willie Biernat came out of the goal and Tony Stone tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 21st minute, 乔棋骏 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ronny Corby in the 25th minute of play forced Yapton's goalkeeper Marcus King to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Yapton's Marcus King proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 26th minute of the match, managed to save Yapton from getting a goal against them. Daniel Bennet took the ball and in the 28 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marcus King. Marcus King dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. In the 32nd minute, Tony Stone ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Willie Biernat was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Yapton's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Geoff McParland in the 40th minute. Willie Biernat showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tony Stone, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. A collision led to Yapton getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Stuart Farrell hit a great ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tony Stone stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute Tony Stone shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Willie Biernat saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tony Stone fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Willie Biernat having to interfere. Willie Biernat showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Geoff McParland in the 60th minute of the match. Tony Stone received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Willie Biernat came out and tried to block the shot, but Tony Stone slotted it home off the left post making it 2-2 in the 64th minute. Marcus King made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ronny Corby in the 68th minute of play. Ronny Corby kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. Tony Stone struck a weak shot in the 76th minute. Willie Biernat didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Yapton. Tony Stone fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Willie Biernat having to interfere. Marcus King showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tommy Nethercott in the 80th minute of the match. After 82 played minutes Cirencester got a freekick which was hit by Tommy Nethercott . With a little luck, Cirencester's Willie Biernat got control of the ball when Tony Stone tried to sneak it across the goal line. 乔棋骏 hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. Paul Fieldwick hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 91st minute, Tony Stone managed to get in a good position for a shot. Yapton's supporters rose to their feet, but Tony Stone was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Willie Biernat breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Geoff McParland might have been able to make a better finish in the 94th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Willie Biernat . Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Geoff McParland ran back to his position shaking his head. Marcus King showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ronny Corby , who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Yapton players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
