Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Vincent Houghton took the kick off in the first half of the match. Bobby Acheson hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. If Sam Murray had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bobby Acheson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Isaac William Russell came out of the goal in the 22nd minute to try and stop a shot by Thorne FC's Louie Story-Moore. But to his dismay, Louie Story-Moore quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. After 26 played minutes BUBASAUR got a freekick which was hit by Johnnie Postolan. Isaac William Russell showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Louie Story-Moore, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. With 31 minutes on the clock, Hamilton Osborn commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 34th minute there was a penalty for Thorne FC. Victor Floyd stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Isaac William Russell. 3-1. 36 minutes into the match, BUBASAUR's goal looked a bit too open when Silvester Crichton came free, but Isaac William Russell reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sam Murray could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 42nd minute of the match, but Isaac William Russell made a huge save. In the 44th minute of the match, Brendon Moore got a very nice opportunity to score, but Isaac William Russell was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. The audience was convinced that Silvester Crichton's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Isaac William Russell was relentless in the 47th minute of the game. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Louie Story-Moore to strike the kick off in the second half. Alex Kent made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Larry Hughes in the 55th minute of play. After a rather tough play, BUBASAUR's Tommy Browning got a free kick in the 61st minute. Silvester Crichton took the ball and in the 63 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Isaac William Russell. Isaac William Russell dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-2. Bobby Acheson charged in rather forcefully in the 72nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bobby Acheson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to BUBASAUR getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Bobby Acheson hit a great ball. After 75 minutes BUBASAUR's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Victor Floyd who took care of the corner kick. After some careless play in the BUBASAUR defense, Sam Murray kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Isaac William Russell. The BUBASAUR fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Isaac William Russell should have stopped the shot. When Gregory Dowie fell near the penalty area in the 81st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Thorne FC's protests and gave Gregory Dowie a yellow card for diving instead. BUBASAUR made a substitution. David Wardell replaced Bobby Acheson. Gregory Dowie hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. Isaac William Russell took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sam Murray, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Brendon Moore scored 7-2 in the 86th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Isaac William Russell, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Isaac William Russell showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Louie Story-Moore, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute.
