Loumore's Art Coyle played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Don Grant in the 4th minute of play. In the 19thth minute of the game Brazil Molloy who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Loumore's Art Coyle was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Brazil Molloy received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Art Coyle tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Torran Mulvihill during the 24th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Ballindine Utd booed when Loumore was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Torran Mulvihill didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 27 minutes, Tyrone Dempsey mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Loumore and the Ballindine Utd players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Ballindine Utd booed when Loumore was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Shannon Cassin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rylie Dillon's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 39thth minute, Binne Lavine skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 46th minute the ball was on its way in behind Loumore's goalkeeper Art Coyle, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Brazil Molloy to make the kick off. 58 minutes into the game, Davie Ramsey cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Binne Lavine was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After having played for 63 minutes, Davie Ramsey managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Loumore's supporters crossed their fingers, but Davie Ramsey was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 66 minutes into the match, Davie Ramsey notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Ballindine Utd's Binne Lavine. Binne Lavine was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Torran Mulvihill hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. Binne Lavine didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Davie Ramsey went, in the 74th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. Berry Cooney sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Donell MaCollin hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. Art Coyle took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Brazil Molloy, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 88th minute, Brazil Molloy got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 96th match minute, Ballindine Utd was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Berry Cooney to maneuver through the defense. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Loumore fans cheered their team off the field, for while Ballindine Utd had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
