Binne Lavine took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bardain Todd, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Knockacolla Utd reached it. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Brazil Molloy couldn't finish the play. Bardain Todd fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Binne Lavine having to interfere. In the 77thth minute of the game Gilian McWillie who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ballindine Utd's Binne Lavine was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Binne Lavine didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gilian McWillie went, in the 84th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Bardain Todd might have been able to make a better finish in the 88th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Binne Lavine. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Bardain Todd ran back to his position shaking his head. Bardain Todd fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Binne Lavine having to interfere. Arthur McPaul was shown his second yellow card after 93 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. The Knockacolla Utd supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Knockacolla Utd would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
