Spectators: 6770 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1770, VIP seats: 0) After a rather tough play, Grangegeeth AFC's Boland Dalton got a free kick in the 2nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joseph McBrand in the 6th minute of play forced Grangegeeth AFC's goalkeeper Brayden Delaney to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 8th match minute, Grangegeeth AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Basil McWill to maneuver through the defense. 13 minutes into the game, Brain McWillie cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Brayden Delaney was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Brenn Cooney had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match had gone on for 21 minutes, Brenn Cooney put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Brayden Delaney. 24 minutes into the match, Grangegeeth AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Joseph McBrand came free, but Brayden Delaney reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 27th minute, Grangegeeth AFC's Bryan McDecland ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Philip Kelly. Philip Kelly yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-2. A collision led to Grangegeeth AFC getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Basil McWill hit a great ball. Brenn Cooney recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 35th minute Joseph McBrand shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Brayden Delaney saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joseph McBrand in the 36th minute of play forced Grangegeeth AFC's goalkeeper Brayden Delaney to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Brenn Cooney received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Brayden Delaney tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Joseph McBrand recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Brenn Cooney fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Brayden Delaney having to interfere. Grangegeeth AFC's Brayden Delaney played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joseph McBrand in the 47th minute of play.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Joseph McBrand stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Brain McWillie in the 53rd minute of play forced Grangegeeth AFC's goalkeeper Brayden Delaney to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fahan's Joseph McBrand got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Brenn Cooney might have been able to make a better finish in the 56th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Brayden Delaney. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Brenn Cooney ran back to his position shaking his head. Brayden Delaney stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Joseph McBrand's shot from short distance in the 57th minute. After a rather tough play, Grangegeeth AFC's Bodibeve Colwell got a free kick in the 57th minute. Brayden Delaney took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joseph McBrand, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 74th minute of the match Irving McWillie shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Brayden Delaney showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Joseph McBrand received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Brayden Delaney tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 80th minute Joseph McBrand shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Brayden Delaney saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Fahan's Coran Frankson got a free kick in the 86th minute. Joseph McBrand fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Brayden Delaney having to interfere. When the final whistle sounded Fahan left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Grangegeeth AFC.
