Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Brecc Doherty started the match with the kick off. Brecc Doherty recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 3rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Killinkere Utd getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Derrick McSteven hit a great ball. In the 6th minute, Samuel Bayes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Brecc Doherty had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Derrick McSteven kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. 10 minutes into the match, Lisagoan's Art Savic broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. In the 15th minute Suibhne Walker shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pearce Hunt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Breadan Lavine charged in rather forcefully in the 17th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Breadan Lavine the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Breadan Lavine kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. After 17 played minutes, Killinkere Utd's Beara Ferguson shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Pearce Hunt came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Killinkere Utd reached it. Lisagoan's Pearce Hunt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Suibhne Walker in the 19th minute of play. A nice corner shot did that Beara Ferguson got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Pearce Hunt quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 22nd minute Suibhne Walker shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pearce Hunt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 27 played minutes Killinkere Utd got a freekick which was hit by Derrick McSteven. Devlin Dillon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Brecc Doherty in the 29th minute of the match. When Lisagoan's Brecc Doherty in the 34th minute got a chance for a shot 34th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Killinkere Utd's goalie prevented a goal. Brecc Doherty received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Devlin Dillon came out and tried to block the shot, but Brecc Doherty slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 38th minute. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The wind increased when Suibhne Walker made the kick off in the second half. Suibhne Walker sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fiachra McVictor charged in rather forcefully in the 56th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Fiachra McVictor hit a great ball. After recieving a nice pass, Lisagoan's Art Savic tried to score from far away in the 57th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Devlin Dillon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Samuel Bayes in the 58th minute of the match. In the 61st minute Suibhne Walker shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pearce Hunt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 62 minutes into the match, Lisagoan's Brecc Doherty sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Devlin Dillon narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A collision led to Killinkere Utd getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Fiachra McVictor hit a great ball. After 71 played minutes Killinkere Utd got a freekick which was hit by Boroimhe Lester. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Samuel Bayes in the 75th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Devlin Dillon saved Killinkere Utd from getting behind. In the 83rd minute Lisagoan were awarded a corner. Art Savic went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Art Savic got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Devlin Dillon quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After 85 minutes of play, Killinkere Utd's Flannery Johnson made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Pearce Hunt was left in no man's land by his defense there! Samuel Bayes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Devlin Dillon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Samuel Bayes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Lisagoan players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
