In the 44th minute Bearnad McDecland shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Brayden Delaney saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Theodore Lester got free with Brayden Delaney in the 98th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Leenane AFC played a much better game than Grangegeeth AFC and deserved their victory. The Grangegeeth AFC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
