Seating: 1761, VIP seats: 0) Aengus Scully fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Beale McStephen having to interfere. 7 minutes into the match, Kiltartan's goal looked a bit too open when Boethis Cooney came free, but Beale McStephen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Derryheena getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Boethis Cooney hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 10th minute, Brefni Dalton managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kiltartan's supporters rose to their feet, but Brefni Dalton was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Baine Ramsey breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Brefni Dalton recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 14th minute Alfred McVictor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Baine Ramsey saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 16 minutes into the match, Kiltartan's goalkeeper Beale McStephen had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Beglan Tracy. Beale McStephen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Boethis Cooney, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Brefni Dalton kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. In the 26th match minute, Kiltartan was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ryleigh Hughes to maneuver through the defense. Baine Ramsey took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bernard Colwell, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 35 minutes, Barrie McAlphie managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kiltartan's supporters crossed their fingers, but Barrie McAlphie was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Alfred McVictor came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Kiltartan fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alfred McVictor couldn't finish the play. Barrie McAlphie sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Baine Ramsey showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alfred McVictor, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. In the 44th minute Artur Holt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Baine Ramsey saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Derryheena booed when Kiltartan was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 48 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bradaigh Hamilton didn't get a good kick on the ball. Derryheena's Kaine Myler shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 49th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Beale McStephen but with some difficulty. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
The wind increased when Alfred McVictor made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Derryheena's Timothy Hamilton got a free kick in the 53rd minute. Brefni Dalton fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Baine Ramsey having to interfere. Baine Ramsey showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alfred McVictor in the 59th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 61st minute, Alfred McVictor managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kiltartan's supporters rose to their feet, but Alfred McVictor was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Baine Ramsey breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 62 played minutes Derryheena got a freekick which was hit by Conan Frankson. 67 minutes into the match, Breanne McWillie had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Baine Ramsey. Derryheena's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Breanne McWillie was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. In the 71st match minute, Derryheena was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Timothy Hamilton to maneuver through the defense. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Beglan Tracy during the 73rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Beglan Tracy kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. In the 76th minute of the match Kiltartan got a corner. Derryheena's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Alfred McVictor ran over to the corner to take the kick. Kiltartan's Alfred McVictor was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Baine Ramsey in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Timothy Hamilton scored 3-1 in the 80th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Beale McStephen, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Baine Ramsey showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Artur Holt in the 83rd minute of the match. 85 minutes in the game, Alfred McVictor fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Baine Ramsey having to interfere. In the 87th minute the ball was on its way in behind Derryheena's goalkeeper Baine Ramsey, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 90th minute, Derryheena's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Alfred McVictor fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After a defensive mix-up in Derryheena's zone, Artur Holt stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Baine Ramsey came out of the goal and Artur Holt tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Alfred McVictor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Barrie McAlphie received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. Baine Ramsey tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Derryheena players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
