Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Turlough Palmer kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. Theodore Lester in the 5thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Philip Kelly, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 7th minute, Fahan's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Bearnad McDecland fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Philip Kelly stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bearnad McDecland's shot from short distance in the 11th minute. Fahan's Philip Kelly proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 12th minute of the match, managed to save Fahan from getting a goal against them. After 13 played minutes Bearnad McDecland rounded Fahan's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-0. When Leenane AFC's Bearnad McDecland in the 16th minute got a chance for a shot 16th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Fahan's goalie prevented a goal. Theodore Lester received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Philip Kelly tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Brenn Cooney sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Booak Lavine showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joseph McBrand in the 21st minute of the match. Brenn Cooney fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Booak Lavine having to interfere. 25 minutes into the match, Fahan's goal looked a bit too open when Bearnad McDecland came free, but Philip Kelly reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Brenn Cooney recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Theodore Lester could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Philip Kelly made a huge save. If Bearnad McDecland had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Booak Lavine made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joseph McBrand in the 38th minute of play. A collision led to Leenane AFC getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Beineon Colwell hit a great ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The wind increased when Joseph McBrand made the kick off in the second half. Brenn Cooney recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Coran Frankson struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Booak Lavine didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fahan. Booak Lavine made an important save on a dangerous shot by Brenn Cooney in the 62nd minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Fahan's Joseph McBrand slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Booak Lavine. That made the score 2-1 after 63 minutes of play. Fahan's Philip Kelly played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bearnad McDecland in the 68th minute of play. Theodore Lester struck a weak shot in the 72nd minute. Philip Kelly didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Leenane AFC. 75 minutes into the match, Fahan's goal looked a bit too open when Theodore Lester came free, but Philip Kelly reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Booak Lavine acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 87th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Ron Sheridan. Brenn Cooney sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 92nd match minute, Leenane AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bram McWilliam to maneuver through the defense. Leenane AFC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
