Spectators: 6772 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1772, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Kaine Kelly started the match with the kick off. The supporters of Corah Utd booed when Corlisheen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tate McOliver didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tate McOliver's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cormac McStephen read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 6th minute of play. Tate McOliver fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cormac McStephen having to interfere. Bressail McDonald showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bercan McJames in the 14th minute of the match. 15 minutes into the match, Corlisheen's goal looked a bit too open when Ryan McDecland came free, but Bressail McDonald reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Corlisheen's Donavin Tracy slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Cormac McStephen . That made the score 1-0 after 17 minutes of play. Bailey Silke hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Cormac McStephen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kaine Kelly in the 21st minute of the match. Kaine Kelly's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cormac McStephen read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 22nd minute of play. The audience was convinced that Bercan McJames's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bressail McDonald was relentless in the 24th minute of the game. After having played for 26 minutes, Ryan McDecland managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Corah Utd's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ryan McDecland was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Kaine Kelly received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Cormac McStephen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Toran Crowe charged in rather forcefully in the 29th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Toran Crowe the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 31 minutes into the match, Corlisheen's Ryley McAlphie broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Ryan McDecland sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 36 minutes into the match, Corlisheen's goal looked a bit too open when Bercan McJames came free, but Bressail McDonald reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Tate McOliver had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Bercan McJames stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Bercan McJames fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bressail McDonald having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Corlisheen's Daithi Gollogley got a free kick in the 55th minute. An unexpected shot in the 57th minute by Bercan McJames got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Cormac McStephen came out of the goal in the 61st minute to try and stop a shot by Corlisheen's Tate McOliver. But to his dismay, Tate McOliver quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. After 67 minutes, Donavin Tracy mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Corlisheen and the Corah Utd players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 73rd minute, Tate McOliver got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Andrew Sheridan hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. Tate McOliver sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Corah Utd's Cormac McStephen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kaine Kelly in the 78th minute of play. A collision led to Corah Utd getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Giles Ferguson hit a great ball. Cormac McStephen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kaine Kelly in the 83rd minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tate McOliver in the 93rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cormac McStephen saved Corah Utd from getting behind. Corlisheen were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Corah Utd for a fine match.
