Bercan McJames started the match with the kick off. 3 minutes into the game, Gaynor Bayes was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Skeagh Utd's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Corah Utd the free kick. In the 3rd minute, Gaynor Bayes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 6 minutes into the game, Bearchan Johnson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Corah Utd's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Skeagh Utd the free kick. A collision led to Corah Utd getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Bearchan Johnson hit a great ball. In the 7th minute, Gaynor Bayes ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cormac McStephen was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. In the 11th match minute, Skeagh Utd was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fachtna McWilliam to maneuver through the defense. Cacey Tracy's late challenge caught a Corah Utd's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cacey Tracy helped the player get up and apologised. After 14 played minutes Skeagh Utd got a freekick which was hit by Cacey Tracy. A collision led to Skeagh Utd getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Rylie Murphy hit a great ball. 21 minutes into the game, Bercan McJames cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Boru Savic was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Cacey Tracy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cacey Tracy received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Cormac McStephen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 27th minute, Andrew Sheridan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Skeagh Utd's Gaynor Bayes managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Bearchan Johnson in the 28 minute of the game. When Cacey Tracy came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the Skeagh Utd fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cacey Tracy couldn't finish the play. In the 35th match minute, Skeagh Utd was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Brennan Sheridan to maneuver through the defense. Ryan McDecland struck a weak shot in the 36th minute. Boru Savic didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Corah Utd. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cacey Tracy in the 39th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cormac McStephen saved Corah Utd from getting behind. The audience was convinced that Cacey Tracy's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cormac McStephen was relentless in the 46th minute of the game. If Cacey Tracy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead.

Gaynor Bayes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Cacey Tracy fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cormac McStephen having to interfere. During the 66th minute of the match Bearchan Johnson completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Bearchan Johnson a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. It seemed to be an obvious goal in the 68th minute, but Cormac McStephen got his fingers on the ball or the save, leaving Corah Utd hanging dry this time. In the 69th minute of the match Skeagh Utd got a corner. Corah Utd's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Philip Palmer ran over to the corner to take the kick. Bercan McJames thought of kicking away a contribution in front of goal but messed it up so badly that the ball went to the right of an astonished Cormac McStephen , a very annoying self made goal in the 69th minute which led to 1-2. Harrigan McWill received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Cormac McStephen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A hard shot by Harrigan McWill from long distance, 75 minutes into the match, got Cormac McStephen 's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Toran Crowe recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rylie Murphy kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. Andrew Sheridan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Skeagh Utd's Gaynor Bayes got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Baran McWillie hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. Cacey Tracy who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 91stth minute tested the skills of Cormac McStephen when he managed to save the team from getting behind. A hard shot 94 in the game by Cacey Tracy from a close distance when the talented Cormac McStephen managed to make a qualified save. Corah Utd's players were relieved. Lawrence Kelly received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Cormac McStephen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Skeagh Utd played a much better game than Corah Utd and deserved their victory. The Corah Utd players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
