Boru Keegan was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A collision led to Moore AFC getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Bailey Deery hit a great ball. Tirloch McWill made a fantastic save in the 10th minute, when Kyle Dimson sent off a good shot on target. 14 minutes into the game, Devlin McPeter cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Boru Keegan was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 17 minutes into the game, Conn Silke cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Boru Keegan was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Boru Keegan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Devlin McPeter, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gortnagroagh's Boru Keegan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Geoffrey Prunty in the 24th minute of play. If Barhart McTom had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Boru Keegan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Geoffrey Prunty in the 29th minute of the match. When Torrans John fell near the penalty area in the 34th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Moore AFC's protests and gave Torrans John a yellow card for diving instead. In the 35th minute Rordan Colwell shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tirloch McWill saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 37 minutes into the game, Herne Cronin recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Tirloch McWill. Herne Cronin showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-3. Moore AFC were furious when Blamhac Beckett was red carded, 44 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. Gortnagroagh's Gerard Caffey shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 46th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Tirloch McWill but with some difficulty. Geoffrey Prunty received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Boru Keegan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Gortnagroagh players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Moore AFC were winning 1-3.

The audience was convinced that Conn Silke's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Boru Keegan was relentless in the 51st minute of the game. Tirloch McWill showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Barhart McTom in the 53rd minute of the match. Geoffrey Prunty received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Boru Keegan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rordan Colwell charged in rather forcefully in the 57th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rordan Colwell the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Gortnagroagh getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Rordan Colwell hit a great ball. Geoffrey Prunty sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Geoffrey Prunty recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Boru Keegan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Geoffrey Prunty in the 66th minute. Gortnagroagh's Boru Keegan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 69th minute of the match, managed to save Gortnagroagh from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Gortnagroagh getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Rordan Colwell hit a great ball. Tirloch McWill showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kyle Dimson in the 74th minute of the match. In the 75th minute Kyle Dimson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tirloch McWill saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 77th minute, Herne Cronin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Geoffrey Prunty recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Geoffrey Prunty received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Boru Keegan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Conn Silke came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Moore AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Conn Silke couldn't finish the play. Boru Keegan made a fantastic save in the 89th minute, when Geoffrey Prunty sent off a good shot on target. 91 minutes into the game, Gortnagroagh's Rordan Colwell nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tirloch McWill made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-3. Geoffrey Prunty received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Boru Keegan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
