Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Ballyeighan's Beachain McOliver started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After some fancy dribbling in the 6th minute, Geoffrey Prunty managed to get in a good position for a shot. Moore AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Geoffrey Prunty was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rylee Moran breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 7 minutes into the match, Ballyeighan's goal looked a bit too open when Conn Silke came free, but Rylee Moran reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Braonain Cronin kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. 13 minutes into the match, Moore AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Donlan Mullan came free, but Tirloch McWill reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Moore AFC's Bailey Deery got a free kick in the 13th minute. Torrans John lost his temper 16 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. Ballyeighan's Irving Doyle couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 18th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Moore AFC. After 25 minutes of play, Moore AFC's Geoffrey Prunty made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rylee Moran was left in no man's land by his defense there! 29 minutes into the match, Beachain McOliver notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Moore AFC's Tirloch McWill. Tirloch McWill was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Tirloch McWill came out of the goal in the 33rd minute to try and stop a shot by Ballyeighan's Beachain McOliver. But to his dismay, Beachain McOliver quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Donlan Mullan charged in rather forcefully in the 36th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Donlan Mullan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 36 played minutes Ballyeighan got a freekick which was hit by Donlan Mullan. 38 minutes into the match, Moore AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Braonain Cronin came free, but Tirloch McWill reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Geoffrey Prunty fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rylee Moran having to interfere. 44 minutes in the game Boyce Deery after having made a beautiful turn got a great opportunity to score and fired away a shot that went just to the left past a relieved Rylee Moran. A very good opportunity. Rylee Moran was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Conn Silke showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-2 in the 47 minute of play. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Geoffrey Prunty to make the kick off. 56 minutes into the match, Moore AFC's goalkeeper Tirloch McWill had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cathal Dempsey. In the 60th match minute, Ballyeighan was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cathal Dempsey to maneuver through the defense. Conn Silke sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. During the 70th minute of the match Donlan Mullan completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Donlan Mullan a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. The supporters of Moore AFC booed when Ballyeighan was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Donlan Mullan didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Braonain Cronin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 79 minutes, Beachain McOliver mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ballyeighan and the Moore AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Beachain McOliver hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. Conn Silke received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Rylee Moran tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Geoffrey Prunty's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rylee Moran was relentless in the 91st minute of the game. Geoffrey Prunty sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After a rather tough play, Moore AFC's Blamhac Palmer got a free kick in the 95th minute. Ballyeighan were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Moore AFC's much stronger midfield.
