Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Brannagh Keegan took the kick off in the first half of the match. Corcreeghagh Utd's Briain Dalton shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 16th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Brasil Robinson but with some difficulty. Thanks to some nice moves Brann Mullan could shoot a difficult shot in the 17th minute, which Brasil Robinson however easily saved by the left post. After some careless play in the Corrawaleen defense, Brann Mullan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Brasil Robinson. The Corrawaleen fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Brasil Robinson should have stopped the shot. After a rather tough play, Corrawaleen's Kevin Sheridan got a free kick in the 22nd minute. Brasil Robinson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Brannagh Keegan in the 24th minute of play. When Corcreeghagh Utd's Brannagh Keegan in the 27th minute got a chance for a shot 27th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Corrawaleen's goalie prevented a goal. Corcreeghagh Utd's Brann Mullan got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 30 played minutes Corrawaleen got a freekick which was hit by Derrick Molloy. Brigid Frankson kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. If Brann Mullan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Brigid Robinson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Corrawaleen's supporters rose to their feet, but Brigid Robinson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Heremon McTommy breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Brigid Robinson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The supporters of Corrawaleen booed when Corcreeghagh Utd was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bryan Dalton didn't get a good kick on the ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Kevin Sheridan to make the kick off. Breffni Willson thought of kicking away a contribution in front of goal but messed it up so badly that the ball went to the right of an astonished Heremon McTommy, a very annoying self made goal in the 53rd minute which led to 1-1. Heremon McTommy made an important save on a dangerous shot by Brigid Robinson in the 57th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kevin Sheridan in the 58th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Heremon McTommy prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Kevion Myler charged in rather forcefully in the 62nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kevion Myler the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Brigid Frankson shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. If Brann Mullan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Brannagh Keegan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Brasil Robinson having to interfere. Barclay Dempsey's late challenge caught a Corrawaleen's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Barclay Dempsey helped the player get up and apologised. After 89 played minutes Corcreeghagh Utd got a freekick which was hit by Barclay Dempsey. 91 minutes into the game, Brigid Robinson cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Heremon McTommy was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Kevin Sheridan struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Heremon McTommy didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Corrawaleen. A collision led to Corcreeghagh Utd getting a freekick after 99 minutes play. Barclay Dempsey hit a great ball. Kevin Sheridan struck a weak shot in the 101st minute. Heremon McTommy didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Corrawaleen. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Corrawaleen eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
