Boyce McDecland took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Geoffrey Prunty, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Conn Silke received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Boyce McDecland tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 21 minutes into the match, Conn Silke notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Ardloy's Boyce McDecland. Boyce McDecland was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 24th match minute, Ardloy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gehan Taylor to maneuver through the defense. Conn Silke blasted a shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Boyce McDecland having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Conn Silke in the 30th minute of play forced Ardloy's goalkeeper Boyce McDecland to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ravan Crowe in the 33rd minute of play forced Moore AFC's goalkeeper Tirloch McWill to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 42 played minutes Ardloy got a freekick which was hit by Lawrence Rogers. Conn Silke sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Boyce McDecland showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Devlin McPeter in the 48th minute of the match. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gearroid Gough to make the kick off. Boyce McDecland made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Conn Silke in the 54th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Ardloy's Gehan Taylor got a free kick in the 55th minute. In the 56th minute, Geoffrey Prunty got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Devlin McPeter struck a weak shot in the 60th minute. Boyce McDecland didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Moore AFC. Geoffrey Prunty kicked a quick shot right in front of the goal in the 66thth minute. Though ot was a great shot Ardloy's keeper Boyce McDecland was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged. Bailey Deery kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. If Gearroid Gough had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gehan Taylor hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. Conn Silke received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Boyce McDecland tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Ardloy getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Gehan Taylor hit a great ball. Boyce McDecland showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Conn Silke, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. In the 80th minute, Devlin McPeter ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Boyce McDecland was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Boyce McDecland made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Boyce Deery in the 84th minute of play. Gehan Taylor took the ball and in the 88 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tirloch McWill. Tirloch McWill dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. Boyce McDecland showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Conn Silke in the 94th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gehan Taylor in the 95th minute of play forced Moore AFC's goalkeeper Tirloch McWill to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 97 played minutes Ardloy got a freekick which was hit by Lawrence Rogers.
