Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Branagain McBrandon kicked off to start the match. After a defensive mix-up in Kilcorney's zone, Conn Silke stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Brite Gough came out of the goal and Conn Silke tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 7th minute Fiachra Taylor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tirloch McWill saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Brite Gough showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Boyce Deery, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. A collision led to Kilcorney getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Oliver McBjarton hit a great ball. 11 minutes into the game, Kilcorney's Branagain McBrandon nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tirloch McWill made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Conn Silke fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Brite Gough having to interfere. With a little luck, Kilcorney's Brite Gough got control of the ball when Geoffrey Prunty tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 17 played minutes Kilcorney got a freekick which was hit by Oliver McBjarton. The supporters of Kilcorney booed when Moore AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Blamhac Beckett didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 26th minute of the match Bray Gallagher sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Tirloch McWill skillfully saved the ball. Brite Gough made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Devlin McPeter in the 31st minute of play. Tirloch McWill showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Branagain McBrandon, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. Brite Gough took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Conn Silke, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 39th minute, Conn Silke got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Devlin McPeter had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Tirloch McWill took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Branagain McBrandon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Moore AFC were furious when Blamhac Palmer was red carded, 58 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. A collision led to Moore AFC getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Blamhac Palmer hit a great ball. In the 61st match minute, Moore AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Conn Silke to maneuver through the defense. Conn Silke fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Brite Gough having to interfere. Geoffrey Prunty struck a weak shot in the 64th minute. Brite Gough didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Moore AFC. Geoffrey Prunty recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With an all-out effort, Kilcorney's Tirloch McWill threw himself towards the right post 70 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Branagain McBrandon, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. A collision led to Moore AFC getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Torrans John hit a great ball. In the 73rd minute, Fiachra Taylor got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 75th match minute, Moore AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bailey Deery to maneuver through the defense. Tirloch McWill was a little too slow when Branagain McBrandon got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 87th minute. The score was now 0-2. If Conn Silke had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Geoffrey Prunty had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Moore AFC booed when Kilcorney was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Oliver McBjarton didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the final whistle went the supporters of Kilcorney were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Moore AFC side.
