Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Derrick Molloy kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. In the 18th minute Beachain McOliver shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Brasil Robinson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Beachain McOliver had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Beachain McOliver received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Brasil Robinson came out and tried to block the shot, but Beachain McOliver slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 35th minute. Brasil Robinson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Beachain McOliver, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. Beachain McOliver received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Brasil Robinson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.
After 52 played minutes Corrawaleen got a freekick which was hit by Loughlin Rutherford. Donlan Mullan's late challenge caught a Corrawaleen's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Donlan Mullan helped the player get up and apologised. Brasil Robinson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Donlan Mullan in the 60th minute of the match. After 61 minutes of play Corrawaleen's Derrick Molloy was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After a rather tough play, Corrawaleen's Derrick Molloy got a free kick in the 62nd minute. Ballyeighan's Cathal Dempsey got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Beachain McOliver had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Brasil Robinson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Beachain McOliver, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. Cathal Dempsey recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ballyeighan's Rylee Moran proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 76th minute of the match, managed to save Ballyeighan from getting a goal against them. Brigid Robinson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Beachain McOliver received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Brasil Robinson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Beachain McOliver in the 82nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Brasil Robinson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Beolagh Willson kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. If Beachain McOliver had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Brasil Robinson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Beachain McOliver in the 90th minute of the match. After having played for 96 minutes, Cathal Dempsey managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ballyeighan's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cathal Dempsey was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. For all the effort they put into the match, the Corrawaleen players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Ballyeighan.
