Banban McGlynn recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ryan Byrne took the ball and in the 59 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bairrionn Deans. Bairrionn Deans dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-3. Toran McSteve received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Bairrionn Deans tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bairrionn Deans made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ryan Byrne in the 74th minute. 75 minutes into the game, Bevan Ghee was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ballyfahy's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ballydehob AFC the free kick. Bevan Ghee hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. Eoin Horgan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Banban McGlynn's shot from short distance in the 79th minute. Bevan Ghee was shown his second yellow card after 80 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 92ndth minute of the game Banban McGlynn who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ballyfahy's Eoin Horgan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Keeghan McDonald in the 96th minute of play forced Ballyfahy's goalkeeper Eoin Horgan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Ballyfahy players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
