After some careless play in the Croithli AFC defense, Oliver McBjarton kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Irving Rogers. The Croithli AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Irving Rogers should have stopped the shot. When Branagain McBrandon came up free with the goalie in the 9th minute, the Kilcorney fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Branagain McBrandon couldn't finish the play. 12 minutes into the match, Croithli AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Seosamh Cronin came free, but Irving Rogers reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Seosamh Cronin in the 15th minute of play forced Croithli AFC's goalkeeper Irving Rogers to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 21 minutes into the game, Branagain McBrandon cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Irving Rogers was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 26th minute, Boylan McMichel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fiachra Taylor scored 0-4 in the 29th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Irving Rogers, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Croithli AFC's Irving Rogers played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Seosamh Cronin in the 33rd minute of play. Irving Rogers took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fiachra Taylor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 37 played minutes Croithli AFC got a freekick which was hit by Boylan McMichel. Bradon McGlenn's late challenge caught a Croithli AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bradon McGlenn helped the player get up and apologised. Bradon McGlenn hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Braon McCollion in the 42nd minute of play forced Kilcorney's goalkeeper Brite Gough to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Shamus McOliver kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. A collision led to Kilcorney getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Oliver McBjarton hit a great ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

After 53 minutes, Braon McCollion mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Croithli AFC and the Kilcorney players grew even worse after the yellow card. Irving Rogers made a fantastic save in the 72nd minute, when Seosamh Cronin sent off a good shot on target. Croithli AFC's Irving Rogers proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 74th minute of the match, managed to save Croithli AFC from getting a goal against them. Irving Rogers showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Branagain McBrandon in the 76th minute of the match. Through an outstanding action, after 83 minutes, Irving Rogers successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post.
